Conference for combined sales force. Main set, designed by Bill Harkin, contained two turntables for quick scene changes, tab & truck reveal for the "1".  Arena seating for the audience of 400 enhancing the theatrical format, but struck for a quick turnaround into the Gala Dinner. We provided full project management, video, audio, lighting and the disco after the Jiving Lindy Hoppers performance. A week of off-site rehearsal in London preceded our on-site build to ensure that all the presenters were comfortable with the environment.
