Chairman had booked the Monastery venue for a corporate anniversary so there was no alternative; we had to make it fit!
So we designed and built a flat-pack seating block as a client investment. Apart from the logistical challenges of the load-in and the weather all went well.
Digital Content Management crept in here as the two satellite screens display an on-site copy to CRV of the speakers slides, under Micsoft control.

Glaxo Group Conference Phoenix & Hawaii
After a fraught conference in Japan we where asked to advise and specify for local tender by the organiser. The Chairman required a forum for the international management team, so we designed this raked schoolroom seating block to accommodate the Mic Management System. This room within a room system was then stored and shipped to Hawaii for the following event.
